A day in the life…

This website is powered by WordPress 2 and Gallery2.

For those who don’t know WordPress, it’s a blogging software. Gallery enables me to make fancy pages with lots of pictures in them, all nicely sorted in albums.

I am using the default WordPress theme, with my own header image. The picture was taken by my good friend Nick when we were hiking The Western Way in Ireland in August 2004.
Gallery is themed with the ‘wordpress’ theme.

I’m using WPG2 to integrate both, which took quite a bit of effort. Especially getting the URL rewriting to do what I wanted it to do, was painful. I did however succeed and am more than happy to help you with my newfound knowledge.
